Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Hydro Excavation Operator. In this role, you will utilize specialized hydro excavation techniques to safely and efficiently expose underground utilities and support various construction projects. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment and contribute to large-scale infrastructure development. Union position, with full benefits. Responsibilities Operate hydro excavation equipment, including high-pressure water trucks and vacuum systems, to safely expose underground utilities without damaging existing infrastructure. Follow all safety protocols and construction site regulations to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members. Maintain detailed records of excavation activities, equipment usage, and safety inspections for compliance purposes. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and crew members to execute tasks efficiently and accurately. Skills Mechanical knowledge of heavy construction equipment Proven experience operating hydro excavation systems or similar high-pressure water/vacuum machinery, minimum of 3 years experience Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and regulations. Valid commercial driver's license with 3 years experience. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.

Pay:

$42.00 - $50.00 per hour
