Full Job Description Line of Business:

What You'll Be Doing Operate a variety of mobile equipment (loaders, haul trucks, skid steers) to support daily quarry operations Assist with material movement, stockpiling, and loading to meet production and customer demand Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation Support plant operations including cleanup, housekeeping, and general utility tasks Follow all MSHA safety standards, site procedures, and environmental guidelines What Are We Looking For Ability to safely operate or learn to operate heavy equipment in a quarry or industrial setting Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and following established procedures Capability to perform physical work in outdoor and variable conditions Dependable attendance with flexibility to support production needs and schedules Effective communication skills and willingness to take direction and collaborate Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
