This position is responsible for operating a dozer and managing the daily operations of the cleanfill area while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Operate a dozer safely and efficiently to spread, level, and manage incoming cleanfill material Direct and assist customers, drivers, and contractors entering the cleanfill site Monitor incoming loads to ensure materials meet cleanfill acceptance requirements Maintain proper grading, drainage, and site conditions throughout the property Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly Keep the cleanfill site clean, organized, and operating efficiently Follow all company safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and PPE requirements Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and team members regarding site activity and operational needs Assist with general site maintenance and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Previous experience operating a dozer or heavy equipment preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to safety and situational awareness Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Good communication and customer service skills
