The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy machinery and a strong understanding of construction site operations. This role involves working with various types of equipment, including excavators, loaders, and dump trucks, to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects. The Equipment Operator Foreman will play a crucial role in executing tasks related to site work while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and dump trucks on construction sites. Perform excavation activities in a safe manner. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Dig trenches and perform excavation work as required by project specifications. Team collaboration. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Report any mechanical issues or concerns regarding equipment performance. Requirements Hoisting Engineer License OSHA 10 Experience with grading. Experience with foundation excavation. Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with excavator and loader operation. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and practices. Experience in construction site operations is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Willingness to learn new skills related to equipment operation and maintenance.
