Heavy Equipment Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with a strong experience and a 2A license to join our team. You will be responsible for grading land and safely operating equipment around utilities such as electrical and piping systems. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring efficient and safe site operations. This role will pay $30 - $38 an hour and can start ASAP. We are hiring for Quincy, Gloucester, and Worcester. Strong experience in site work is a requirement. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment to grade land and perform site development tasks. Safely navigate and work around utilities including electrical and piping systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols. Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly. Essential Skills Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) experience. Experience working around utilities. Valid 2A license. OSHA 10 certification. DOT card. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in site development. Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
