Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate a variety of heavy machinery to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision on-site. Your expertise will help bring projects to life, from site preparation to finishing touches, contributing directly to the successful completion of infrastructure and building developments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence. Duties Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, skid steers and other machinery safely and efficiently across multiple construction sites. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Assist with site preparation activities such as grading, excavation, material handling, underground utility installation, and installing drainage systems using appropriate machinery. Collaborate with project managers and team members to execute tasks according to project specifications and timelines. Follow all safety protocols and construction site regulations diligently to maintain a secure working environment. Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and related machinery. Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting a plus. Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety procedures and operational standards. Valid hoisting license required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Join us in building the future!
