Heavy Equipment Operator (Skid Steer / Excavator / Roller)

Responsibilities:

Operate skid steers, excavators, and asphalt rollers on residential and commercial projects Perform grading, excavation, site prep, and material handling Assist with driveway prep, gravel installation, drainage work, and paving operations Fine grade surfaces and maintain proper pitch/drainage Load and unload materials and support paving crew as needed Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

Requirements:

Proven experience operating skid steers, excavators, and/or rollers Ability to grade accurately and work efficiently on active job sites Experience in asphalt paving, sitework, or construction preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment Reliable transportation and strong work ethic CDL Class B is a plus but not required
