Job Description

Piccolomini Development is a site development company specializing in civil construction. This is a traveling position as we have projects across US. We are looking for experienced operators that can work with a 3
  • 5 man crew.
Applicants must have civil construction experience including grading, mass earth moving, road construction, E&S controls, utilities, lasers, reading plans, and the ability to plan ahead and take initiative. We are in a growth process and are looking for self-motivated individuals who want an opportunity to grow with us. When working for Piccolomini Development as an ​​​​​​​Operator, you can expect that we will provide a safe working environment and the tools and equipment necessary to complete any project on-time and on-budget. As an ​​​​​​​Operator you will be given a set of plans, material quantities, production schedule, etc. You will play a key role in safely and efficiently operating various types of heavy machinery for site development, utility installation, and excavation projects. This position requires skilled operation of equipment such as excavators, dozers, backhoes, skid steers , etc. . Experience in surface mining, and reclamation is a plus.
