About us Paving Professionals is a family owned company that specializes in road paving and construction. We are a growing company with plenty of opportunity for those looking to work in a demanding but rewarding field. Many team members have been with us for 20 plus years.

  • Previous experience in construction or related field is a plus Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment, specifically front end loaders, Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure construction site environment. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate project tasks and timelines.
