We are looking for a dependable and driven Light Duty Tow Truck Operator to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

As a Light Duty Tow Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, assisting stranded motorists, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a dedicated individual who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and is passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities:

Operate light duty tow trucks to safely transport vehicles to designated locations. Respond to emergency towing requests, including breakdowns and accidents. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their safety. Maintain proper documentation for each tow, including vehicle condition and delivery. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the tow truck to ensure safe and efficient operations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service. Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols while operating the tow truck.

Requirements:

Valid chauffer's license and clean driving record. Previous experience as a tow truck operator or in a similar role is a plus. Ability to safely operate light-duty towing equipment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions. Flexibility to work on-call shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be able to lift and move heavy objects.
