Job Description

Yard Hostler

  • Switcher Join Stevens Transport, North America's premier transportation company as a Hostler Driver and Yard Associate at our facility in Coopersville, MI.
You can qualify for this position with a Class A CDL, nine (9) months of experience, and a tanker endorsement. This is a night driving position.
COMPENSATION
Earn $34 per hour Day & Night shift positions available
  • 24/7 operations Weekend rotations required Minimum 9 months solo verifiable CDL exp required Avg $1300.00 to $1400.00 per week

POSITION DETAILS
This is a high-volume, fast-paced position. Yard Hostler spots trailers at our Coopersville, MI facility. Consistent shifts Drivers must live within 60 miles of the Coopersville, MI area. On-site parking available for hostlers. On Site Driver Manager/planner and support team Home Daily/Nightly potentially available

Applicants must be 22 years of age or older Class A CDL with at least nine (9) months recent verifiable experience Tanker Endorsement No more than 4 moving violations past 3 years No Careless and Reckless driving in the past 3 years No preventable accidents in the past 12 months Clean MVR with no accidents past 3 years Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, Clearinghouse, and Drug test Stevens Transport is recognized as one of North America's premier refrigerated truckload carriers.
