Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to assist with construction, excavation, and site preparation projects. The ideal candidate has experience with multiple types of equipment and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. You'll be the backbone of our construction sites, ensuring efficient, safe, and precise operation of equipment that shapes communities and landscapes. Duties Operate heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other construction equipment with precision and safety. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns; perform basic troubleshooting when necessary. Follow all safety protocols and site procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment for yourself and team members. Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other crew members to coordinate tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

Pay:

$30.00 - $42.00 per hour
