Shear Operator

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate heavy duty shears and other heavy equipment in a safe, efficient manner Perform daily equipment inspections MUST adhere to all company safety policies Keep yard neat and organized and free of safety hazards

QUALIFICATIONS

Shear AND heavy equipment experience Attention to detail Must be willing to work 6-day work weeks Must be willing to work overtime

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMAND

Standing/walking

• 10% Sitting/driving
• 80% Stooping/bending
• 10% Medium to high noise areas Must be able to work in hot and cold temperatures

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND SCREENING AND DRUG TEST
