About the role As an Equipment Operator, you willbe responsible forthe safe and efficient processing of inbound materials andrefuseof various forms throughReworld'sindustrial disposal process. Position Responsibilities Operate and inspect forklifts, roll off truck, yard truck,shredder,excavator,loadersand skid steer. Material handler. Manage the safe operation of the site's equipment in the assigned areas. Conduct daily motorized machinery inspections on the site's equipment. Completeadditionalduties asassigned by management including plant operations. Required Qualifications Twoyear'sexperiencein the operation of mechanical equipment. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as rules, technical procedures,operatingand maintenance instructions, and other procedure manuals. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to apply commonsenseunderstanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to takeappropriate safeaction on their own initiative to prevent equipment damage or injury to personnel during emergencies or unusual situations. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred Physical Demands of the Role Reworldoffers GED Works - a fully funded program for employees to achieve their GED. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.

The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $52,200.00 - $69,400.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary. To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2080.
