This isn't a sit-around position — you'll be in the field daily, running equipment, supporting the crew, and getting real work done.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating bucket trucks, chip trucks, loaders, and other tree equipment Driving CDL-A vehicles safely to and from job sites Assisting with tree removals, pruning, and job site setup Managing debris hauling and keeping jobs moving efficiently Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

What We Expect:

Valid CDL-A license Experience operating heavy equipment (tree industry preferred) Strong work ethic — show up ready, not looking for shortcuts Ability to work in all weather conditions Team player who can take direction and also think ahead
