Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking experienced Paver Operators, Screed Operators, and Roller Operators to join our paving crew. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in asphalt paving operations, leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities Operate asphalt paving equipment safely and efficiently Perform paving, screed, and rolling operations to meet project specifications Assist with job site setup, traffic control, and daily equipment inspections Lead and work alongside crew members to maintain productivity and quality Ensure proper mat thickness, grade, and compaction requirements are achieved Follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members Qualifications Experience operating asphalt pavers, screeds, or rollers Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to read grades and follow project specifications Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred but not required) Ability to work long hours, including occasional weekends, as needed
