Job Title:
Skid Steer Operator / Shop Welder Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Skid Steer Operator / Shop Welder to join our team. This position combines equipment operation, welding and repair work, customer service, and general shop responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating skid steers, loaders, and trucks while assisting with product loading, equipment maintenance, and customer pickup of product. Seeking serious candidates who are willing and able to start immediately. Key Responsibilities Operate skid steers, loaders, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload products for customer pickups and delivery orders. Perform shop welding, fabrication, and repair work on equipment and materials. Maintain and repair company equipment as needed. Assist customers with order pickups and provide professional customer service. Operate company trucks and assist with deliveries when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and yard environment. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment. Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines. Qualifications Experience operating skid steers, loaders, and similar heavy equipment. Welding and fabrication experience required. Mechanical aptitude and equipment repair experience preferred. Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus. Ability to lift and move heavy materials. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
