Skid Loader Finish Grade Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Skid Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a skid loader with a grading bar, and be able to prep a yard for sod. Duties Grade and prep a yard for sod, and making sure the yards drains. Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication on-site Qualifications . Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Valid commercial driving license (CDL) preferred but not required. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting. 2 YEARS
