Monday-Friday 6:30am-5:30pm

Directional Drilling Plowing & Drop Plowing Trenching Fiber Splicing Underground Utility Installation What You'll Do As an Equipment Operator, you'll safely operate machinery and lead jobsite execution while working closely with your crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently Lead and direct laborers on-site Set up jobsite safety controls (cones, signage, barricades, trench protection) Load and unload equipment, vehicles, and trailers Inspect and maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment Stock vehicles with tools, materials, and supplies Keep equipment and worksites clean and organized Safely locate and expose existing underground utilities Participate in Plan of Day (POD) meetings and pre-job safety briefings Restore worksites to high-quality standards Communicate professionally with customers as needed Take ownership of personal and team safety What Success Looks Like at Miners Underground Proactively identifies and communicates safety concerns Follows established processes and quality standards Maintains professional, organized jobsites Operates equipment with skill and efficiency Communicates clearly and works well with the team Requirements Experience operating construction or utility equipment preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license
