Heavy Equipment Operator/Lowboy Transport Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Heavy Equipment Operator and Lowboy Transport Driver to join our dynamic demolition services team. This is a hands-on role that involves both operating heavy equipment on demolition job sites and transporting equipment between sites using a lowboy trailer. This position is ideal for someone who is experienced, safety-focused, and comfortable balancing both field work and equipment transport. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment on job sites (excavators, loaders, skid steers, etc.) Perform demolition work and assist with site operations Safely transport heavy equipment using lowboy trailers and other hauling equipment Load, secure, and unload machinery in compliance with DOT regulations. Assist with general labor and job site tasks when needed Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and crew members Follow all safety protocols Assist with site setup, equipment positioning, and debris removal as needed Qualifications Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record Minimum 2 years experience BOTH operating heavy equipment AND hauling equipment with a lowboy trailer Strong understanding of DOT regualtions and load securement practices Ability to work in physically demanding environments Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and transportation

Pay:

$32.00 - $38.00 per hour
