Full Job Description Company Overview:
Riverland Excavating, LLC is a growing construction company specializing in commercial and residential site development, road construction and underground utilities. We take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork.
Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator / Foreman to lead field crews and operate a variety of equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, and skid steers. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and able to balance hands-on work with leadership responsibilities.
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on job sites.
  • Supervise and coordinate crew activities to ensure quality and productivity.
  • Read and interpret project plans and blueprints and specifications
  • Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and team members.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Experience with water/sewer/storm utility installation including mainline water pipes, service connections, sewer mains, storm drains, culverts, manholes and retention basins
Pay:
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
