Job Description
- Overhead Crane Operator
- Contract‑to‑Hire | Paid Training | Union Opportunity

Shift:
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM +
- 2nd
Shift:
- 2:20 PM - 12:50 AM (Monday-Thursday) + Includes
- two paid 15‑minute breaks
- and
- one unpaid 30‑minute lunch
- What We're Looking For
- We're seeking dependable, safety‑focused individuals who want to learn and build skills—not just punch a clock.
- Required
- + 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience + Material handling experience in an industrial environment + Ability and willingness to learn overhead crane operation + Comfortable working with
- sheet metal or heavy materials
- + Able to work full‑time on a set shift + Comfortable in a
- non‑climate‑controlled
- environment + Strong safety mindset and reliable attendance +
- Steel‑toe boots with built‑in metatarsal protection required
- Preferred (Not Required)
- + Overhead crane experience + Experience in steel, sheet metal, or metals production + Experience in high‑volume production or warehouse settings + Interest in learning advanced machinery

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.05/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may besubject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefitsavailable for this temporary role may include the following:
