Heavy Equipment Operator / Asphalt Crew Member Commercial Asphalt & Concrete Construction - Southern Metro We are a growing commercial asphalt paving and concrete company seeking experienced, reliable team members for the upcoming construction season. This is a full-time seasonal position with competitive pay, consistent overtime, and opportunities for advancement. Pay & Benefits $32-$40/hour depending on experience Time-and-a-half after 40 hours Automatic overtime on Saturdays Paid drive time between jobsites Bonus opportunities 401(k) with profit sharing Health and dental insurance Responsibilities Prepare worksites for asphalt/concrete installation Operate equipment safely and efficiently Work with paving and concrete crews on commercial jobsites Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks Maintain safe and clean work areas Preferred Experience 2+ year of experience in commercial paving or site construction Experience operating: Skid steers Dozers (D4-D6 or equivalent) Road Graders Large compaction Rollers Class A CDL required with acceptable driving record What We're Looking For Dependable team players with a strong work ethic Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays Ability to work in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation Must be 18 years or older Why Join Our Team?
