Job Description

Position Overview Ridgeback Land Solutions is a growing land clearing and forestry mulching company serving the Branson, Ozarks, and southwest Missouri area. We are looking for a reliable, safety-minded equipment operator to run our skid loader, forestry mulcher, and brush hog. This is a hands-on role helping transform overgrown, wooded, and brushy properties into clean, usable land for homeowners, builders, realtors, and commercial clients. Follow all safety protocols and best practices on job sites. Work independently or as part of a small team to meet project timelines. Load/unload equipment and assist with other land clearing tasks as needed. Represent Ridgeback Land Solutions professionally on client properties.

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain). Strong attention to safety and detail. Reliable transportation to job sites in the Branson / Cape Fair area. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work. What We Offer Competitive pay with room to grow as the company expands. Bonus options available Opportunity to work with late-model equipment. Steady work in a growing industry (residential, commercial, and real estate projects).
