Job Description
Job Summary Provide safe, professional towing and roadside assistance for passenger vehicles using light-duty tow trucks. Deliver excellent customer service while following all safety and traffic regulations. Responsibilities Operate flatbed and/or wheel-lift tow trucks Tow and transport passenger vehicles safely Perform roadside services (jump-starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery) Secure vehicles using proper equipment Communicate with customers, dispatch, and law enforcement Complete service tickets and basic documentation Inspect and maintain truck and equipment Requirements Valid driver's license (CDL not required) Clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather Preferred Skills Customer service experience Mechanical aptitude Calm, safety-focused mindset
