Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to support construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other construction machinery with precision and safety. Assist in site preparation by grading, excavating, loading materials, and moving earth or debris as needed. Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Requirements Proven experience operating construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and similar machinery. Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures.
