Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Overview:

Must be at least 18 years old due to insurance requirements. Must speak English. This job is seasonal due to the weather in Big Sky. We typically start mid-April and work through December. We typically work four ten-hour days, Monday-Thursday, weather dependent. Pay depends on previous experience, starting at $32 an hour on the low end. We also offer a Roth IRA or Simple IRA plan with company match. Work pickup truck provided within Big Sky (must have clean driving record). We are seeking an experienced operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various machinery including excavators, loaders, rollers, skid steers, and others on occasion. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to work in a dynamic environment. The majority of our work is custom residential in Big Sky, MT.

Duties:

•Safely and efficiently operate various types of heavy equipment.•Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

•Previous experience running heavy equipment, mainly excavators, is required.•Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in hands-on work in the construction industry.
