General Laborer / Landscape/Heavy Equipment Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Local landscape company is seeking full-time crew members to join its team. Applicants must be willing to work outdoors in a variety of weather. We preform a wide variety of services including but not limited to: Irrigation installation and design Landscape design and installation Tree removal and pruning Hardscape/pavers/flagstone Block and rock retaining walls Lawn Maintenance Excavation Small Construction EXPERIENCE and

REQUIREMENTS

Experience (heavy equipment, CDL, landscape) is preferred, but not required. Willing to train individuals on a wide variety of equipment.

• Must have valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• Must have reliable transportation to get to Dayton, MT
• Good communication skills
• Willing to travel to job sites between Kalispell and Polson
• Work independently with little to no supervision at times
• Follow routine verbal and written instructions This is a physically demanding position.

Examples of required job duties include but are not limited to lifting, rake, shovel, use of hands, bending, . Experience with skidsteers, trailers, commercial lawn mowers is preferred but not required. Will use a wide variety of tools. PAY DOE - starts at $20/hr. Bonuses and Raises for longevity and good work ethic. We are a full service landscape and small construction company whose mission is to help improve and protect our client's property values by providing professional landscape design, installation and maintenance and delivering these services at a competitive rate.
