Demolition Equipment Operator

Overview We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating various heavy equipment on construction sites. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and dump trucks on construction sites. Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Safely bring down structures using industry knowledge with proper equipment. Water trucks and tankers as required.. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and in compliance with safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is stored properly after use. Follow all safety protocols to minimize risks on the job site. Experience Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with Wrecking machinery. Familiarity with construction site environments and practices. Commercial driving experience is preferred, with valid certifications for operating specific machinery. Knowledge of various equipment operations including Excavator operation, dump truck driving, and skid steer operation. Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively.
