At IronEarth, every team member plays an important role and every voice matters. We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator - Dozer Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities Operate bulldozers and other heavy equipment for rough and finish grading Perform commercial site preparation and grading operations Read and interpret construction plans and grading plans Set up and operate Trimble GPS systems Use Rover and Base Station equipment Calibrate Dozer GPS systems and Rover equipment Perform grading using both GPS technology and manual stake methods Work independently to cut grade and complete tasks with minimal supervision Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation at all times Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience operating heavy equipment , specifically dozers Experience with rough grade and finish grade work Experience in commercial sitework and site preparation Ability to read and understand construction plans Experience with Trimble GPS systems Ability to: Set up GPS equipment Use Rover and Base Station Calibrate Dozer and Rover systems Grade manually using stakes when needed Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship Requirements Must be reliable and punctual Ability to work independently or as part of a crew Must be able to cut grade accurately without constant supervision Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with the crew Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must provide a detailed resume outlining relevant experience
