Heavy Wrecker Operator

Job Description:

Coastal Towing Services is hiring an experienced Heavy Wrecker Operator to join our growing team. We are building a professional operation focused on reliability, strong customer relationships, and well-maintained equipment. Our heavy call volume continues to grow, and we're looking for the right operator to take advantage of that opportunity.

Position Overview:

This is a commission-based position with a guaranteed weekly minimum, designed for operators who want the opportunity to earn more based on performance. If you're motivated, reliable, and take pride in your work, this position offers strong earning potential with consistent support.

Pay Structure:

Commission-based pay on all completed calls Guaranteed weekly minimum pay Opportunity to earn significantly more based on performance Consistent and growing heavy-duty call volume

Responsibilities:

Heavy-duty towing and recovery Accident and recovery work Load shifts and equipment moves Responding to roadside service calls Communicating with dispatch and customers professionally Operating and maintaining equipment safely

Requirements:

5 + years CDL class A experience 3-5 years experience operating heavy wreckers Strong understanding of recovery techniques and safety procedures Ability to work in high-pressure situations Clean driving record (CDL preferred/required) Professional attitude and strong work ethic
