Job Description

We are seeking an CDL / Heavy Equipment Operator for a dual-role position in commercial, residential, and landfill construction development. The primary responsibility is operating heavy equipment, with occasional requirements to drive commercial vehicles based on company needs. This job is for multiple locations across NC / SC.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, graders, skid steers, rollers, off-road dump trucks, and other machinery in a construction environment. Drive on-road commercial vehicles such as water trucks and dump trucks as needed. Perform manual labor tasks including erosion control maintenance, equipment fueling and preparation, shoveling, pipe laying, and any other duties required to complete projects. Ability to work out of town as needed ($65 per day per diem + company provided hotel room if needed)
Requirements:
Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) . (Tanker endorsements are a plus) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT fit-for-duty exam. Valid driver's license (Class A CDL required) with clean driving record. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
