Overview We are seeking an experienced Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating bulldozers to perform precise grading and leveling work on various construction sites. The operator will ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently while adhering to project specifications. Responsibilities Operate bulldozer and/or excavator for grading, leveling, and other site preparation tasks. Read and interpret blueprints and site plans to understand grading requirements. Ensure equipment is in good working condition through regular maintenance and inspections. Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to achieve project goals. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment. Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting on equipment as needed. Proficient in GSP system operation or be willing to learn. Qualification Proven experience operating bulldozers, preferably with fine grading expertise. Valid operator's license and any necessary certifications. Strong understanding of grading techniques and earth-moving processes. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and commitment to safety. Physical Requirements Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Prolonged periods of sitting and operating heavy machinery.
