Are seeking a finish roller operator for the current 2026 construction season. This is a seasonal position which generally goes from May- November each year. Qualified candidates must have a valid class A drivers license with clean driving record, able to work 60+ hours/ week, at least 1+ years of asphalt experience is helpful but not needed. Work well with others, willing to shovel and lute asphalt as needed and other duties as assigned by supervisor. Must be able to hear, speak and understand directions in English. Ability to lift 50+lbs and can work unsupervised. Need to be dependable and on time on a daily basis. Basic knowledge of asphalt densities and rolling patterns helpful but wiling to train.
