Job Description

NCW is looking for experience Heavy Equipment Operators for the Minnesota & North Dakota areas. Multiple active projects available with long term work. Dozer (finish and rough) Motor grader Excavator Starting Pay DOE and equipment: $35.00+
Immediate Start Schedule:
50 hours per week Travel per diem offered What You'll Do Operate heavy machinery for site prep, trenching, backfilling, and related tasks. Follow site plans and safety procedures to support solar/wind infrastructure installation. Work closely with site supervisors and project managers to maintain timelines and quality standards. Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance to ensure safety and performance. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of extensive experience operating heavy equipment in construction, energy projects and utility. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures on active job sites (OSHA 10 or 30 preferred). Experience on renewable energy sites is a plus but not required. Willingness to travel to project sites and work in outdoor conditions.
