As a Tow Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers during their time of need while showcasing your driving and mechanical skills. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations. Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the process. Conduct basic automotive repairs as needed on-site or during transport. Maintain accurate records of services provided and vehicle conditions. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns. Manage conflicts professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction even in challenging situations. Perform routine maintenance checks on tow truck equipment to ensure safety and reliability. Collaborate with dispatchers to efficiently respond to calls and prioritize tasks. Skills Proficient in operating tow trucks and understanding towing procedures. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform minor automotive repairs. Excellent driving skills with a valid commercial driving license preferred. Experience in conflict management, demonstrating the ability to handle difficult situations calmly. Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus. Strong customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
