If you have experience with excavation, heavy equipment, and underground utility installation, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Install residential and commercial septic systems Operate heavy equipment (excavators, backhoes, skid steers) Read and follow site plans and specifications Perform site prep, trenching, and grading Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards Work as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Experience operating heavy equipment (preferred) Knowledge of septic systems, drainage, or underground utilities (a plus) Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Ability to work outdoors in various conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
