Job Description
Overview Robertsons Ready Mix is seeking a qualified and safety‑focused Heavy Equipment Operator to support operations at our Jean, NV plant. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating heavy machinery in an industrial, construction, or aggregate environment and will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and equipment care. Responsibilities Safe and efficient operation of front‑end loaders , excavators , skid steers , and other heavy equipment Loading and moving materials such as aggregates, sand, and raw materials Assisting with plant operations as needed Conducting daily equipment inspections and reporting maintenance needs Maintaining accurate material movement and load counts Following all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations Supporting a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating heavy equipment Strong understanding of equipment safety and operational best practices Ability to work in a fast‑paced industrial environment Reliable transportation to the Jean, NV facility Ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong communication and teamwork skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage based on experience Opportunities for overtime Comprehensive benefits package Stable, year‑round employment Professional and supportive work environment How to Apply Qualified applicants are encouraged to submit their application promptly.
