Heavy Equipment Operator Job Description:
Fine Grade Excavation and Grading is hiring for our upcoming work load on prevailing wage civil/utility grading projects and private sector jobs.
Work includes:
Utilities installation (water, sewer, storm drain) Pipe laying, bedding, backfill, and connections Fine grading, site prep, and earthmoving Operating excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, backhoes, etc.
Operator requirements:
5+ years heavy equipment operating experience Proven background in utilities and grading (required—no exceptions) We run a tight, no-nonsense crew ; guys who show up ready, communicate, take pride in clean work, and get the job done right on public works projects. Competitive hourly rates based on experience for private jobs and prevailing wage standards. Modern, maintained equipment. Safety-focused jobsite.
