Follow detailed project plans and instructions to execute tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations. Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as ,loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and related machinery. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Valid driver's license Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
