Minimum requirement:
2 years of dozer experience. Must have on-the-job experience. Local work around Central New York area. Residential new home excavation and site work typical. Year-round position. Paid holidays, paid vacation, health insurance available. Wage is based entirely upon skills and experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other sitework equipment Perform grading, trenching, foundation prep, drainage, and utility work Read and work from site plans and grade stakes/Trimble gps Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Work safely and efficiently with crew members
Requirements:
2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment (sitework preferred) Ability to fine grade and work independently Knowledge of underground utilities and drainage installation Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
