www.youtube.com/@kistnerconcreteproductsinc286 Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Equipment Operator to support yard operations at our Lockport facility. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in operating heavy equipment safely, staying organized, and contributing to a team-driven environment. Schedule- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

- Outdoor work in all weather conditions Key Responsibilities
- Operate Heavy Equipment Safely operate front-end loaders, 35-ton forklifts, 15-ton forklifts, dozers, yard trucks, and other large equipment to move raw materials, components, and finished products.
Note:
This is large-scale equipment — not warehouse forklifts or pallet jacks .- Inventory Management Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory levels and notify supervisors when reorder points are reached.
- Loading & Unloading Efficiently unload deliveries and load customer and company trucks in a safe and professional manner.
- Tool Usage Safely operate basic hand and power tools as needed. Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure (assessment will be conducted during the interview)
- Basic math skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years of experience operating heavy equipment (similar to those listed)
- Experience working in a team-based industrial or yard environment Additional Requirements
