Heavy Equipment Operator/Truck Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator/Truck Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and commercial trucks to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at every stage. experiance running crushing and screening equipment a plus. Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery including excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, and dump trucks with precision and safety. Transport construction materials and equipment between sites efficiently using commercial-grade trucks such as low-boy, dump, roll-off. Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Assist with construction site activities such as, paving, grading, and site preparation to support project timelines. Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment. Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage and project tasks effectively. Maintain accurate logs of equipment operation hours, maintenance schedules, and transportation records. Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators , dozers, loaders, backhoes. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Mechanical knowledge sufficient to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues on heavy machinery. Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures. Strong understanding of construction processes involving grading, paving, excavation, and material hauling. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Join us in building the future!
