Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as an Operator specializing in Haul Truck or Loader operations! Responsibilities Operate haul trucks, loaders, excavators, water trucks, and other heavy equipment with skill and safety awareness. Load and unload materials such as gravel, dirt, and debris efficiently to support construction activities. Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and identify maintenance needs early. Follow all safety protocols and site procedures to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate equipment use and project timelines. Maintain accurate logs of equipment operation hours and report any issues promptly to supervisors. Experience Experience operating heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, excavators and water trucks. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues quickly. Valid commercial driver's license with experience in commercial driving environments. Prior construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and site protocols. Ability to work effectively in physically demanding environments while maintaining attention to detail. Join us in building the future!
