Job Description

April 15, 2026 Teacher -
Heavy Equipment Operator Duties:
To provide instruction to secondary students in the Heavy Equipment Program. Responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing student learning activities in the Heavy Equipment core curriculum.
Qualifications:
Certified as a CTE Teacher in Heavy Equipment Operations or eligible to obtain certification, experience in the operation of heavy equipment, including backhoes/loaders, dozers, excavators, graders, and dump trucks preferred. Must be proficient with Google Classroom and digital media.
Location of Position:
Rossetti Education Center- Madison-Oneida BOCES, Verona, New York Term of Employment:
Full time - 10-month position
Salary:
Contingent upon experience and education according to Teacher's Contract.
