Heavy Equipment Operator

Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and vehicles to support construction and maintenance projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including Skid Steers, Dozers, Excavators, and dump trucks.
• Safely and efficiently operate equipment to perform tasks such as digging, grading, loading, and transporting materials
• Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar environment
• Proficient in operating equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders .
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, sitting, and operating heavy machinery
