Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Skid Steer & Dozer Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating skid steers, dozers, and other heavy equipment to support various construction projects. Your expertise will help ensure the safe, efficient, and precise movement of materials, excavation, grading, and site preparation activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale infrastructure developments while honing your skills in heavy equipment operation. Responsibilities Operate skid steers, dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, paving machinery with precision and safety. Perform site preparation tasks including grading, leveling, excavation, and material movement to meet project specifications. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on all heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Collaborate with team members to execute construction plans efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines. Assist with the setup of construction sites by positioning machinery and preparing the work area for ongoing operations. Follow all safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction site protocols. Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, inspections, and any repairs or issues encountered during shifts. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy construction equipment including skid steers, dozers, backhoes, graders, and paving machinery. Proven experience operating heavy machinery on construction sites with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on various types of construction equipment. Knowledge of construction site safety standards and best practices in heavy equipment operation. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Join us in building the future!
