Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator

• 5+ Years Required We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.

This position requires a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience operating various types of heavy equipment in the construction industry. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, operates with precision, and has a strong understanding of job site expectations.

Responsibilities include:

Safe and efficient operation of equipment, including dozers, excavators, skid loaders, and rollers Ability to achieve precise grades using lasers and/or GPS technology Understanding and execution of project specifications and grading requirements Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator Strong knowledge of grading and earthwork processes Proficiency with laser and GPS equipment for grade control Class A CDL preferred Ability to direct others on the job site is preferred Installing site utilities as required This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced operator to bring their skills to a respected and growing team.
