We are hiring a reliable, experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to join our paving team and help maintain the high standards that have kept us growing year after year. Responsibilities Operate steel-wheel, vibratory, and pneumatic-tire rollers Compact asphalt to required density and smoothness Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance Work closely with paver operators, laborers, and supervisors Report equipment issues promptly Assist with general job site tasks as needed Follow all safety rules and company policies Qualifications 3+ years experience operating asphalt rollers or similar equipment Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Knowledge of asphalt paving and compaction techniques Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Able to work extended hours, weekends, and varying weather Why Work for AmeriCoat?
