We're hiring Overhead Crane Operators who can keep up the pace and get rewarded for it. The Daily Action Move coils from the coil bay to presses to support continuous production flow. Load and unload coils onto cradles for machine operators. Unload incoming coil deliveries from trucks using proper material handling procedures. Transport materials between the dock, production areas, shipping areas, and barcode stations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe coil bay and work area. Communicate with truck drivers during deliveries and ensure all required paperwork is received and submitted accurately. Support production and material handling operations to ensure efficiency. The Gear You'll Need Diploma or GED preferred. 1 year of related experience is a plus. Safely operate an overhead crane. Operate propane or electric forklifts as needed. Follow all safety procedures and company safety standards. Maintain awareness of safe lifting, rigging, and material handling practices. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced production environment. Steel-toe shoes are required.
